Readiness looks different across an institution. HEAIR adapts the assessment to the responsibilities of the person completing it.

Your individual score identifies role-specific readiness gaps; the RAG knowledge base retrieves relevant sections of the HEAIR research paper and approved AI-readiness resources; then the AI uses that evidence to create guidance. University-level patterns give leaders an evidence base for a broader improvement roadmap.
